loving our physical selves. And whether or not we perceive ourselves as attractive,

beautiful, amazing,…

and …how about you?


Your BODY is AMAZING. It is the vehicle you EXPERIENCE this LIFE with!

Taste, smell, touch, feel, move, love….

How you take care of THIS body, how you treat it, respect it, and LOVE it,

matters. And we women often have mixed feelings about our bodies…about our

weight, our beauty and attractiveness, our permission to love and nurture and enjoy

our body.

That will be our conversation, because when women gather, we help each other. My

love-your-life tools in this class will be five simple rules to help you love your body

(and your life) more, and also help your body serve you longer and better.

You will also help each other personalize and customize an individual love-yourbody

success plan.

My wish and desire is that you LOVE YOUR LIFE and ENJOY all of WHO you

are; your soul came into this world to BE you… SHINE your Light!

TLS Weight Loss Solution Classes

Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm @Mrs. Sippy’s at 12862 W Bluemound Rd. Elm Grove.


Transitions Lifestyle System® is a complete weight management system that encompasses low-glycemic eating, maintaining optimal body composition (muscle vs. fat) and behavior modification (creating healthy life-long habits).

TLS Weight Loss Solution Classes offer support for everyone, whether you are new to the program, are well on your way to your goal weight, or if you have reached your goals with TLS and want to continue to maintain.

TLS Classes offer information and training on how to prepare low-glycemic impact meals based on a 40:30:30 ratio of daily calories obtained from carbohydrates, proteins, and favorable fats, respectively. By achieving this balance, the body is able to maintain a hormonal balance promoting stable blood sugar levels, increased energy and weight loss.

Unlike traditional diets, which restrict the intake of many types of food, the TLS System allows you to eat your favorite foods as long as they are prepared with the 40:30:30 ratio.

Classes are held each Wednesday evening from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at Mrs. Sippy’s at 12862 W Bluemound Rd. Elm Grove, WI. There is no cost to attend. Participants may choose to purchase the supplements to enhance their weight loss, but it is not required to participate.
